I played a truly ugly game (visually and in every other way) called CASE: Animatronics, after my older brother suggested it to me. Involving a police station in the dead of night, and not one with tasty donuts within its walls. Nothing a few creepy glowing-eyed robots pretending to be policemen can’t scare you out of!
A Detective’s Nightmare
You play as Detective John, but there’s no cool cop car or familiar partner. Instead, you end up cowering in terror from the evil animatronics lurking beneath tables and on roof corners. It’s tag, only way scarier. And by “embrace,” we mean pulverize between their arms — these robots could care less about being your buddy and instead want to give you a big, mechanical hug (or five). Yikes!
A Spectator’s Delight
I love watching my brother play, even if I am too cowardly to attempt it myself. It is always hilarious watching the robots fall over their own cords or get stuck in a door way. Perhaps if I set out some cookies, they would be too busy to run after John. Good idea, unless they appreciate chocolate chip cookies!
The Thrill of Survival
CASE: Animatronics is a title that will have you on edge. When you play with those realistic, humanoid faces of terror and death looking over at you personally combined using the non-stop hoping never to receive caught from a roving gang of furry murderbots (and spooky old witches), so it merely generates a genuinely chilling surroundings. This is the one if you want a game that will haunt your dreams.
A Game for the Brave
Although CASE: Animatronics is not for everyone, it’s well worth the purchase for fans of horror games. If you can find the nerve to try and survive a night in it, then look no further!
In the end, this is a chilling story to be commemorated.
CASE: Animatronics is a game that will follow you, even when long after youre done playing it. That along with its creepy mood, tense gameplay and frankly scary animatronics make it an experience you wont soon forget. So if you like to get scared and want a game that makes for good horror, then this is the one.
